'Talking' CCTV Cameras to Be installed Across England

This article is about new CCTV cameras (or talking cameras) that the government has ordered to be put up around England. The cameras purpose is to yell at criminals and other people that misbehave around the communities. These cameras will hopefully help to protect the communities in England. The government has recieved negative feedback from the public, stating it as "Big Brother gone mad." Please read this article, and tell me how you would feel if a camera monitored your actions. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,263986,00.html

Can you imagine if there CHS put up a couple of those cameras, say in the commons or the cafeteria. I imagine it would be a novelty at first, and might make a difference. Unfortunately, I think once the students got used to the voice, they would tune it out completely. We have security cameras now that don't seem to deter people, they forget the cameras are there. On another note, have you noticed in my room there is an old speaker up by the ceiling in the corner. One year I had a couple of classes believing that it housed a video camera that recorded the class if I ever had a sub! :)
