'Talking' CCTV Cameras to Be installed Across England

This article is about new CCTV cameras (or talking cameras) that the government has ordered to be put up around England. The cameras purpose is to yell at criminals and other people that misbehave around the communities. These cameras will hopefully help to protect the communities in England.
